Function of PWTI
To implement effective in-service training programme based on the training needs of non-technical staff To arrange pre-service training for newly recruited technical/ non-technical field employees. Conducting seminars/workshop for bringing attitudinal changes through capacity building of elected representatives, community-based groups, school and college teachers/ lecturers, regional leaders, local influential and Non-Governmental Organizations.
